Master Plan for a New Community at Anjur

Located on the northern boundary of Thane, the site is bounded on one side by Mumbai-Nasik highway and on the other side by Ulhas River and is spread over 9 villages. The Master Plan was intended to create a township of international class to serve the growing aspirational needs of the indian middle class, to create a enviroment of 'Urban Perfection' with best in class infrastructure and planning. The township aimed to create a self-sufficeint 'walk-to-work' enviroment with a appropriate development mix to sustain urban life.  This was a collaborative effort with Sasaki USA. (www.sasaki.com)
