A multi-disciplinary architecture and design studio based in Mumbai, Established in 1964 by Architect Atul C Desai, the firm has been successfully delivering projects for more that 55 years now. Our core design and management team of 30+ architects and designers has delivered projects from concept to completion The studio is involved in a wide range of projects varying in context, function and scale that encompass architecture, master planning, and interior design. The energetic and optimistic approach to design is a constant endeavor to improve the quality of the built environment by focusing on specific elements such as clean lines, functionality and spatial sequences that enhance both private and public domains. Each project and every client is different and presents their own set of challenges, which results in unique developments, singular in form and expression, but at the same time functional and efficient.

 

The practice’s work is characterized by meticulous attention to the concept and details of every project, and a relentless focus on refining design ideas to arrive at a solution which is architecturally, socially, and intellectually coherent.
