Tower by the Sea

An invited architectural competition to bring out the best design alternative for the redevelopment of two old, dilapilated, category 'A' cessed buildings namely Rabia Mansion and Mariam Lodge. The site is siuated in a quaint, affluent area of worli and commands unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea on the west and Mahalaxmi Race Coarse on the east. The tower is designed as a composite structure, to house the rehab tenant on the lower floors and the larger sale units on the upper floors. The flats are designed in a way to exploit the stunning 360 degree views from all sides.
