Prism Towers

Prism Towers, one of the largest and most visually dominant building of the Mindscpace IT Park, is designed in a way that facilitated construction in phases resulting in two independent wings, unified by a cylindrical core that houses the double height entrance lobby on the ground level and sky terraces on the upper level which act as break out spaces for the users. The 11 storey structure comprises of parking on the first three storeys with all uppers floors as offices. In order to reduce cost and construction time, split level parking was proposed which totally elliminated the internal ramps to give efficiency in parking.
