Marine Lines Towers

An invited competition along with two international architectural firms, was aimed at getting the best possible design options for the project in terms of efficiency of planning, ease of construction, project feasibility, project marketability, etc, at the same time should be iconic as it would rise prominently within south mumbai skyline. The site is situated just behind Chandanwadi crematorium, so utmost care was take to cut-out its proximity to the sale tower, at the same time orient the tower in way to maximize views of the Queens Necklace
