A built-to-suit building  for IJMIMA - Imitation Jewelry Manufacturers Association that is designed to raise the standards of the fraternity to high echelons in the Jewelry Trading Community both nationally and internationally. One of its kind in the country, this 10 storied edifice contains 427 exotic showrooms of manufacturers with their popular brands of imitation jewelry. The complex has been planned to provide a variety of amenities to both visitors and members alike, some include lounge, data center, canteen, gym, library, etc.
