Dharavi Redevelopment

Dharavi, Asia's largest slum spreads over 600 acres of prime real estate. As a member of the Emaar Consortium, our scope was to prepare a master-plan that offered a higher standard of living for all its residents, while ensuring and maintaining socio-economic livelihood. The main objective of the plan was to develop a strategic planning framework along with the projects implementation program and its financial feasibility.
