Prasadam, is a thoughtfully designed, modern, 40-acre township, with one simple aim – to live up to the hopes and aspirations of a quality life. Efficiently planned as a modern gated community with budget homes, it offers everything within; a school, nursing home, supermarket, shopping avenue, cineplex, banquet hall and a temple. The design aims to break the norms of conventional housing typologies and create a unique ambiance by combining tenets of modern private living and a traditional courtyard that becomes the hub of community living. The master plan design of this large scale residential development is based on a hexagonal shape of a honeycomb the design allowing for flexible modularity. This hexagonal shape creates a positive space in the center that allows residents to indulge in a variety of congregational and social activities making it an ideal setting
