Suburbia

Suburbia, is a retail and entertainment center situated on a very narrow and linear plot abutting linking road on one side and S.V.Road on the other. Due to the compact shape & size of the plot, the biggest challenge was to provide adequte parking in order to attract enough footfalls for retail center. This was the first project in mumbai where a mechanical car parking system was planned, approved and executed.  The key tenants include Shoppers Stop, Movie Time Cinema, along with couple of restaurants, cafes & pubs.
