Vasai Virar Regional Development Plan

Vasai-Virar Sub Region is situated in the North West corner of Mumbai Metropolitian Region. It cover a total of 380 sq kms and includes 67 villages. The Maharashtra State Govenment appointed CIDCO as a special planning authority, who in turn commisioned our firm as consultants to prepared a comprehensive development plan of its 50 sq kms of urbanised area. The scope included, Survey physical and by satelite imageary, Landuse planning, infrastructure planning, Road and Rail network, preperation of Development Control Control Rules, preperation of database software for implementation of the plan.
